Adding & editing review questions

Add and edit review questions in Worknice

Before you get started

Be aware that in order to use reviews in Worknice you need to have the review add-on.

Getting Started

Navigate to the Saved questions section of Worknice, located under Settings in the left hand menu.

Adding new questions

1 - Click the Add Question button to create a new question, or the Edit button against an existing question to edit.

2 - Add in a question Label. A label is the ‘question’ a user will be asked eg “How have you preformed this year”.

3 - Add in a question Description. This is optional guidance text for the user. Use descriptions to link people to external apps or content, enhance response consistency and reduce confusion.

4 - select a question Type. See here for more information on question types and their configurations.

5 - To add your question, click Add Question.
