Employment Hero acquired Keypay. All white labelled versions of this payroll integrates with Worknice, eg Elmo, Paycat etc

FAQs
How do I hide certain leave balances?
There is a setting in Keypay called “Hide balances from pay slips and in employee portal” if you enable this setting for a leave type then the balance will not be shown in Worknice.
Why do First/Last/Preferred Name update on any sync?
Because Worknice is the source of truth, we always send core identity fields each sync to keep HR and payroll perfectly aligned. This is our best‑practice design (not a hard KeyPay requirement). Hiding a field on a form doesn’t stop syncing the last known valid value.
Where does KeyPay Preferred Name come from?
Preferred Name in KeyPay = Worknice Display Name. If Display Name changes in Worknice, Preferred Name will update on the next sync—even if the submitted form wasn’t about names.
Why did TFN “From Date” or “Lodgement Status” change?
When TFN is included in an update, KeyPay recalculates its declaration audit fields. We don’t set those fields directly; KeyPay updates them automatically.
