Worknice automatically sends notifications throughout the review process to keep managers, employees, and responsible persons informed at each stage.

Employees and managers can not configure their notification settings for performance reviews. They are considered critical notifications.

Notified that a self review has been assigned

Notified when the self review has become overdue

When a Worknice Account Owner completes the review cycle, the self review participant will be notified that they can see their manager review.

Notified when the self review the manager is responsible for has become overdue
