View all tasks

Review and manage organisation-wide tasks in Worknice.


Before You Get Started

Only Account Owners can view organisation-wide tasks.


Getting Started

  1. Go to Tasks from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the Tasks tab.

This will open a list of all tasks that have been created across your organisation.


What Is the Tasks Page?

Think of the Tasks page like a live task register.

It gives Account Owners visibility over tasks across the organisation, including who owns each task, who the task relates to, its status, and when it is due.

This is useful for tracking operational tasks such as:

  • Employee onboarding activities

  • Equipment setup

  • Access or system setup

  • Induction tasks

  • Manager or HR follow-ups

  • Workflow-generated tasks


Understanding the Task List

The task list includes key information such as:

  • Name – the task that needs to be completed

  • Status – the current task status

  • Owner – the person responsible for completing the task

  • Subject – the person the task relates to

  • Due date – when the task is due


Use the search bar to quickly find a task.

Typical searches include:

  • A task name, such as “assign laptop”

  • A person’s name

  • A subject name

  • A keyword related to the task


Filters

Use Filters to narrow down the task list.

This helps you focus on specific tasks, such as:

  • Assigned tasks

  • Overdue tasks

  • Tasks for a particular owner

  • Tasks relating to a specific person

  • Tasks due within a certain timeframe


Grouping

Use the Grouping dropdown to organise tasks into grouped views based on due date.

This is helpful when you want to quickly understand workload, task progress, or upcoming actions.


You're All Done!

You can now view, search, filter, group, and sort all tasks across your organisation.
