All ready to launch? Then it's time to invite your employees
Launch time! Before you hit the launch button, we recommend checking in with your Worknice account manager who can share some best practices to ensure your team get the most from Worknice on Day 1.
Getting started
The first step to inviting your existing employees to Worknice is to navigate to the employee directory by selecting People from the main menu.
In the People Directory you should see all of your existing employees that were imported from your payroll system, marked as draft.
Send Invite
The next step is to send the employee an invite to create an account with Worknice. You will see a banner at the top of the page, simply click the "Invite" button and enter their preferred email.
What will employees see?
Your existing employees will receive an email with a link to activate their account. Since they are existing employees, the only thing information they will be asked to provide is some profile information (unless you have assigned them any additional items).
Let your team know!
Once the links are out it's also a good idea to let everyone know with a company email or message and here is a sample below;
Hi everyone,
Great news! Our new HR system Worknice is all set up and ready to go. You should all have an email in your personal email inbox with a link to set up your account. If you haven’t received this, let me know and I’ll resend it.
Worknice is now the centre of all our HR data, including leave requests, employee files, policies, contracts and more. I appreciate that this might take some getting used to but guarantee it will make all our lives a lot easier in the long run.
