Changing a person’s access role

A quick overview on how to change a person's role in Worknice

Step 1: Go to the person's profile

The first step is to navigate to the person's profile that you want to change the role of. You can do this by clicking on the "People" tab in the navigation bar and searching for the person's name.

Step 2: Go to settings

Once you're on the person's profile, click on the "Settings" button. This will take you to a page where you can edit their profile information.

Step 3: Edit the person's role

On the settings page, you'll see a table with information about the person, including their role. To change their role to admin, simply click the "Edit" button on the person's table, and select the new role from the drop-down menu.

Just remember that Account Owner users have full permissions to all people data and features in Worknice, so make sure you're only giving this role to people who need it.

You can have as many people in your org set as an Account Owner.
