Getting Started
As an Account owner, you can create, edit and archive confidential notes on employee profiles.
Working with confidential notes
Finding confidential notes
Go to an employee profile and click ok the Confidential notes tab
Creating a confidential note
Click the Add confidential note button
Editing a confidential note
Against a confidential note, click Edit
