Getting Started

Certificates are a compliance paperwork item that businesses need to obtain from employees. A certificate is typically a type if certificate, licence, training, ticket or right to work document.

Your implementation manager will help you configure these certificates first time, but first you will need to decide what certificates you need, and how you want them configured.

Configuration template explained

The following columns are required in order to configure your certificates

Instructions for employeesRequiredThese are instructions for the employee to guide them through the process of supplying the certificate information. You may link to external locations.Please upload a copy of your CPR certificate. Where available please also provide the Certificate (Document) Number, Expiry Date (1 year from issue) and Issue Date. Please upload a copy of your CPR certificate.
Instructions for adminsRequiredThese are instructions for the admin to guide them through the process to verify the certificate provided is valid. You may link to external locations.Please check that this certificate is valid. If it is not, please 'Reject' and contact the person to try again. If it is, please 'verify' this certificate.
