How to upload and share existing documents

Getting Started

There are two places you can upload documents, from the main Documents section (left hand navigation) or from someones profile in the People Directory (Paperwork Tab)

Uploading a Document

Click Add Document and select Upload new Document

Select the file you wish to upload and give it a Name and click Add.

Please note if you choose to Assign Immediately the Person you are uploading this document to will be notified and have access to view and download the file. NOTE: Draft employees will not receive notifications.
