Business Details form
The Business Details form collects the details of a business someone works through, such as a contractor operating through their own entity.
Before you get started
Only account owners can create or configure paperwork templates.
What it collects
ABN, business name, and whether the business is registered for GST.
What can be configured
Open the template under Settings, then Templates, then Form templates, then Business Details, and select Edit.
Default responsible person — who the form is assigned to for processing, if an employee self-assigns it.
Name — the label shown for this template. Defaults to Business Details.
Instructions — optional text shown to the person filling in the form. Supports Markdown.
There is no per-field configuration on this template. Every field always appears.
