Creating bundles

Bundles in Worknice allow you to group multiple items such as forms, documents, and certificates into one package. This makes it easy to assign everything a person needs in a single step, boosting efficiency and reducing admin work.


Getting Started

  1. Go to Settings > Bundles from the top menu.

  2. Click Add Bundle.

Only Account owners can create and manage bundles.


Creating your bundle

  1. Name – Give your bundle a clear, descriptive name.

    • Consider how you want to structure bundles for maximum efficiency (e.g., “New Hire Bundle – Retail” vs. “New Hire Bundle – HQ”).

  2. Choose Items – Select which templates to include. You can add:

    • Forms

    • Documents

    • Certificates


Why use bundles?

Bundles help you streamline and automate key processes:

  • Automate workflows – Assign all required paperwork in one step.

  • Automate compliance – Ensure employees always receive the correct documents and certificates for their role.

You’ve successfully created a bundle. You can now assign multiple items in one go, saving time and ensuring consistency across your organisation.
