Add /remove people to Compliance groups
Compliance groups make it easy to set paperwork requirements for people. Do this by associating people to compliance groups. This article explains how to add or remove people from Compliance groups.
Before you get started
You’ll need to have at least one compliance group created before you can add people to it.
Getting started
Go to the People section in Worknice.
Select people by checking the box next to their display name.
Use the floating menu at the bottom of the page to Add or Remove people from Compliance groups.
Adding people to a Compliance groups
Select each person you want to add.
In the floating menu, click More Actions > Add People to Compliance groups.
Select one or more compliance groups.
If a person is already in a compliance group, they won’t be added a second time.
Click Done.
Removing people from a compliance groups
Select each person you want to remove.
In the floating menu, click More Actions > Remove People from Compliance groups.
Choose the compliance groups to remove them from.
Only compliance groups that the selected people are currently in will be shown.
Click Done.
You're All Done!
You’ve now added or removed people from compliance groups.
