Manage people in bundles

Bundles make it easy to set paperwork requirements for people. Do this by associating people to bundles. This article explains how to add or remove people from bundles.


Before you get started

You’ll need to have at least one bundle created before you can add people to it.


Getting started

  1. Go to the People section in Worknice.

  2. Select people by checking the box next to their display name.

  3. Use the floating menu at the bottom of the page to Add or Remove people from bundles.


Adding people to a bundle

  1. Select each person you want to add.

  2. In the floating menu, click More Actions > Add People to Bundles.

  3. Select one or more bundles.

    If a person is already in a bundle, they won’t be added a second time.

  4. Click Done.


Removing people from a bundle

  1. Select each person you want to remove.

  2. In the floating menu, click More Actions > Remove People from Bundles.

  3. Choose the bundles to remove them from.

    Only bundles that the selected people are currently in will be shown.

  4. Click Done.


You're All Done!

You’ve now added or removed people from bundles.
