Leave calendar
The Worknice shared leave calendar gives everyone visibility of approved leave across the organisation. It helps managers plan coverage, employees stay aware of team availability, and HR ensure leave policies are followed.
Getting started
🚧 The shared leave calendar displays all approved leave and is accessible to employees and managers.
To access the calendar:
Go to the Personal section in the left-hand menu.
Click Calendar.
What the leave calendar displays
Approved leave requests for all employees.
Overlapping leave, highlighted so managers can plan coverage more effectively.
A simple, organisation-wide view of who is away and when.
The calendar does not display why people are away. Leave categories remain confidential to other users.
