Configuring requirements
Use compliance groups to configure and manage compliance requirements across roles, sites, and staff groups.
Introduction
Compliance groups let you group together the paperwork requirements your people must complete in order to be compliant in their work — such as certificates, licences, policies, tickets, and training. Once configured, compliance groups make it easy to track who is compliant, who is overdue, and what is missing.
Compliance groups help with:
Managing paperwork requirements as people move into new roles, locations or projects.
Maintaining industry compliance (e.g., NDIS, construction, hospitality, healthcare)
Ensuring employment and policy compliance
Monitoring missing or expired paperwork
Quickly identifying and resolving compliance gaps
Getting Started
To create or access bundles:
Go to Settings > Compliance groups
Click Add Compliance group or select an existing compliance group to edit
Account owner access is required to create or manage compliance groups.
Compliance groups are designed to create requirement groups in a flexible way that suit your business needs — some businesses drive requirements by position, location, site, seniority or a mixture of all.
Sample Compliance group structures
1. NDIS Compliance
Useful for understanding whether your support, direct care, and clinical teams hold all required credentials.
How to set it up
Templates: Create compliance groups for each staff group (e.g., “Direct Support”, “Non-Direct”, “Clinical”). Add the relevant certificates or documents into each.
People: Add each person to the correct group(s). A person can belong to multiple compliance groups.
2. Company Policy Compliance
Track who has acknowledged important workplace policies.
How to set it up
Templates: Add all policy documents (e.g., Code of Conduct, WHS Policy, Privacy Policy).
People: Add all employees who must acknowledge these policies.
3. Construction Ticket & Site Compliance
Understand whether workers hold the correct tickets or licences to work safely in specific trades or on specific sites.
How to set it up
Templates: Create requirements for each trade or site (e.g., Induction Card, Electrical Licence, Working at Heights, High Risk Work Licence).
People: Add workers assigned to that role or site.
🔥 A single person may be in multiple compliance groups — e.g., “Electrician” and “Site A”.
🔥 When a worker moves sites, simply remove them from the old site bundle and add them to the new one — their compliance status updates automatically.
Review Compliance for an Individual
Click a person’s name from within the Compliance group.
View their missing, submitted, expired, and pending paperwork items.
This makes it easy to understand exactly what each person needs to complete — especially when managing large teams or complex regulatory requirements.
