Managing logins

In Worknice, logins control how you and your employees access the platform. This article explains how to create, update, and manage logins.


Adding a Login

You can add a new login to switch email addresses or give someone additional access.

  1. Go to the person’s profile and select the Settings tab.

  2. In the Logins card, click Add login.

  3. The user will receive a confirmation email. They must accept the login to complete setup.

Many users first register with a personal email and later add their work email as their login.


Resending an Invitation

If a login invitation has expired, you can resend it:

  1. Go to the person’s profile and select the Settings tab.

  2. In the Logins card, click Resend invite next to the login.


Managing Logins as an Account Owner

  • Account Owners can create logins on behalf of employees.

  • When you invite a user to Worknice, they have 7 days to accept their login invitation.

  • You can manage and update logins anytime from the person’s profile.
