Configure an integration

Some integrations in Worknice support further configuration after they have been connected. This allows you to fine-tune how data flows between systems and ensure the integration matches your organisation’s requirements.


Getting Started

Only Account Owners can configure integrations.

Not all integrations include configurable options—availability depends on the specific app.


How to configure an integration

  1. Go to Apps & then Integrations from the left-hand admin menu.

  2. Find the integration you want to configure and select it.

From here there are configurations available;

Edit - click this to change the name and select various configurations

Open app - some apps have more sophisticated configurations that are found here


Typical configuration options

Depending on the integration, you may be able to configure:

  • Name – decide how you want to name your integration

  • Sync direction – one-way (Worknice → app or app → Worknice) or two-way sync.

  • Features – control what integration features to activate

  • Automatic matching - allow the integration to match Worknice people to the integration based on email address or employee code
