Shared calendar

The Worknice shared calendar gives everyone visibility of key dates across your organisation. It helps managers plan ahead, employees stay informed, and HR keep important milestones front of mind.


Getting Started

The shared calendar displays organisation-wide events and is accessible to all active employees.

To access the calendar:

  1. Go to the Personal section in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Calendar.

Draft people do not have their events displayed on the calendar


What the calendar displays

The shared calendar brings together important workforce events in one central view:

Leave requests

All approved leave is displayed, with overlapping leave highlighted for better planning.

New hire start dates

See when new employees are joining the team.

Work anniversaries

Celebrate milestones for existing team members.

Birthdays

Keep track of birthdays across the organisation so you don't miss the opportunity to build a strong team culture.

People do have the option of hiding their birthday

Your age is not displayed

Filter direct reports only

Managers can now filter the calendar to see only their own team’s events on the calendar.
