The roles and lifecycle stages of a performance review enable powerful but flexible reviews designed to;
1 - allow account owners to structure company reviews with consistency across teams and departments
2 - allow account owners to decentralise the review process to company managers
3 - place accountability on managers to drive the review process with their employees
4 - give employees visibility of the review structure prior to their meeting so they can be prepared.
With so much capability packed in, it is important that you understand the lifecycle stages that enable this process.
