Understanding review question types

Review questions can be configured to use various different types. Understand what they are and what features are available to use.

Before you get started

Be aware that in order to use reviews in Worknice you need to have the review add-on.

Getting Started

In order to create or edit an existing review question, navigate to the Saved questions section of Worknice, located under Settings in the left hand menu.

This is a free text response

Configuration options

Description: This is optional guidance text for the user. Use descriptions to link people to external apps or content, enhance response consistency and reduce confusion.

Here is an example of how it would look to a user

Multiple choice

Users are presented a choice of multiple pre-configured answers.

Configuration options

Description: This is optional guidance text for the user. Use descriptions to link people to external apps or content, enhance response consistency and reduce confusion.

Options: Create your own options that a user can select when responding to the question.

Include an “other” option: allow a user to respond “other”

Here is an example of how it would look to a user

5 point likert

A scale of 1-5 - It uses a range of answer options ranging from one extreme attitude to another, sometimes including a moderate or neutral option.

Labels: Create your own labels that appear on the 5 point scale
