A template can be used to create new employee reviews at scale.
Templates have a number of features;
Instructions improve the employee experience by offering guidance to both the reviewer and the reviewee
Joint review Include both the manager and the employee in the one review. This promotes performance conversations between employee and manager. Both being involved in the same review, rather than having their own form to fill separately, builds accountability and collaboration.
