Uploading an existing certificate

You may want to track compliance of your existing employee and contractor certificates. This article explains how you can upload them into Worknice.

Worknice helps you collect, manage and analyse important compliance documentation for your business. But every business is different, and every employee or contractor is different. That's why Worknice lets you create and request all the certificates you need with complete flexibility.

You need to be an Admin user to request a certificate.

Getting started

To request a new certificate, navigate to the People section and then search for the person you wish to request a Certificate from.

Is this for a new hire that hasn't been added to the system yet? Add them first.

Request a new certificate under the paperwork tab - find out how

Upload relevant data

Rather than waiting on the employee to fill in the certificate, you can go ahead and upload that information on their behalf. Depending on the configuration of the certificate template, you may need to upload a document, issue date, expiry date and document number.

Process uploaded data

Process the certificate by clicking ‘Mark as Processed’
