Bulk actions in a data table
Once a table shows you the right people, you can act on all of them at once instead of opening each profile.
Before you get started
You must be an account owner to create and use data tables.
Filter the table first. The filter is how you build the group you want to act on, and it is much faster than picking people out of a long list by hand.
Select the people you want
Go to Tables and open the table you want to work in.
Apply any filters, so the table shows the people you are acting on.
Use the checkboxes to select them.
The bulk actions menu appears at the bottom of the screen once at least one person is selected.
What you can do
Action | What it does |
|---|---|
Assign paperwork | Issues a paperwork type to everyone selected |
Add to a compliance group | Puts everyone selected into a group, so its requirements apply to them |
Remove from a compliance group | Takes them back out |
Invite | Sends a Worknice invitation |
Reinvite | Sends the invitation again, for anyone who has not accepted |
Edit location | Changes the location on everyone selected |
Tag actions | Adds or removes people tags |
Integration actions | Connects or disconnects people from an integration |
The compliance actions appear only if your organisation has compliance groups set up. If you do not use them, you will not see those options.
