Add a new integration in Worknice

Before you get started

You need to be an Account owner to add a new integration into Worknice

You will need to have the required permissions in the 3rd party app in order to Authenticate the integration.

Connecting your people data across apps offers many benefits. Two common

Streamline process - Integrating Worknice with your Deputy platform will enable you to automatically provision new staff in deputy.

Keep data in sync - mo matter where staff update their name, address, etc, data will sync to the other system, keeping them up to date automatically.

Connecting a new integration in Worknice is a simple task that will only take a couple of minutes.

Select an app for integration by clicking View Details and then Create Integration.

You are now being directed to the app being integrated. Follow the prompts and select the account you wish to integrate to

Repeat this series of steps if you have multiple accounts in that app, or if you wish to integrate other apps.

You must have appropriate level of permissions in the integrated app in order to Authenticate the integration

Some integrations can be configured.

Click the Reconfigure button from within the integration to access these choices.

Great, you have created an integration!

You will see all the people in that integrated app in he list called Remote records

You can do the following;

Matching - match people from the integrated app to the corresponding person in Worknice to trigger syncing

Importing - you can import employees from a connected app into Worknice

Exporting - you can export people from Worknice to integrated platforms.
