Troubleshoot your integration from Worknice to an external app.

A person is listed twice, once in “remote” and once in “Worknice”

Remove the record in “Worknice”, and then Connect the remote person to an existing person in Worknice, finding the matching person.

There are a number of troubleshooting options for this issue;

Minimum data requirement for the payroll is not met

Each payroll has minimum or required data. For example MYOB and MicrOpay both require employee codes. Check that all payroll forms are submitted by the employee; personal details, bank account, tax, super.

Run a manual sync

If all minimum information has been provided, it may be that a sync hasn’t been run. Run a manual sync. Automatic syncs happen around midnight.

I can’t see the right payroll account when trying to authenticate a new payroll sync

A payroll account may have multiple instances/entities/organisations within it - which is common. You need to find the specific entity in the list and connect that one. If you can not see it, you may not have admin access to payroll in that entity.
