With Worknice now considered the leading ‘People OS’ platform, integration is a big part of our offering to consolidate data and bring to life workflows and automation.

When it comes to the Worknice integration platform, we’ve worked hard to include four incredible new innovations that will solve your disparate data issues over night.

Integration connection control

A feature so new and innovative we didn’t know what to call it. Now you can control any integration at the person level, not just the account level.

This is a first in the HR management platform market.

So what is it? No longer is this a sync all people or sync no people situation.

Rather than connecting Worknice to another app and syncing at the account level, now you can control how the integration works at the individual level. This offers all sorts of control as you start adding more diverse employee roles into your business, such as unpaid workers, contractors, etc.

Say you want to hire a contractor.

With other HR platforms: Contractors need to go into a separate part of the HRIS rather than the people directory, otherwise they will sync into payroll 👎

With Worknice connection control: Add the contractor to your people directory, and choose not to sync the contractor to payroll 👍

Different people have different connection

Multiple account connection

Many businesses have multiple accounts in the same app. A typical one we see is businesses with multiple payroll instances .. 2 three or even beyond.

Because we have connection control (see above) it also enables you to add AS MANY integrations to your account as you like. That includes from the same app.

Yes, you can connect your multiple payroll accounts and pick and choose how to map individual employees to each.

2-way sync

Keep data in sync no matter where it is being changed. Allow employees to update data self service via Worknice’s intuitive portal, or update direct an integrated app and Worknice will sync.

This is really important for flexibility. By offering 2-way integration different teams can choose to work in the platform they feel comfortable with. For example, account’s teams (or accountant’s) like to work in Myob when they update payroll information or approve leave. So rather than forcing them to use Worknice, let them stay in Myob. It’ll save a huge amount of headache in the change management process.

Data change audit trail

Many apps don’t track how data changes over time, so if you ever need to go back in time and see historical data - you can’t. Worknice, on the other hand, logs every import of data from integration, and shows eaxtly what the data was, what it was changed to and by what app.
