Worknice leave request app

Before you get started

The Worknice leave app is not activated by default. Add this app from the App directory.

What is the Leave app?

It is a simple leave management provided by Worknice. This is a great app to use when your payroll platform isn’t integrated with Worknice for leave requests, and you want to consolidate a modern and simple to use leave management system within Worknice.

Key features;

Leave requests

Allow employees to request leave. Leave quests have the following elements and configurations;

Elements

• Leave types available

• Additional notes available

• Start and end dates

• Attachment uploads (sick notes etc)

• Leave approvals - Enforce leave approvals for all leave requests

Configurations

• Optional start and end time

• Optional leave hour total

Leave request management

Review all organisation wide leave requests (historical and future) in the Leave section on the left hand menu.

Additionally, Account Owners and Employees can review their individual leave requests (historical and future) under the Leave tab in their person profile.

Export leave requests

Export all organisation wide leave requests (historical and future) in the Leave section on the left hand menu. Export by clicking the Download button.
