Your team page

Your team page lists the people who report to you, so you can see where everyone is at without opening each profile.

Before you get started

The Team section appears for anyone with direct reports. What it shows you about each person depends on what your account owner has granted. See What you can see about your team.

Your direct reports are set by your organisation's position structure, not by you. If someone is missing, ask your account owner to check the position they are attached to.

Find your team

Go to Team, then People.

The page lists each of your direct reports with their location and position, along with anything they have made public on their profile: their bio, contact number and email.

Compliance badges

If your account owner has granted you the Compliance area, each person on the list also shows a compliance badge when there is something to act on.

A badge appears when someone is at risk or non compliant.
Nothing appears when someone is fully compliant, so the list stays quiet until it needs you.

The badges are the fastest way to work out where to spend your time. Scan for them first, then open the person rather than reading the whole list.

Without the Compliance grant, no badges appear at all. That is a permission, not an error.

Open someone's profile

Select a person to see their profile, which carries their contact details, bio, their own direct reports and their upcoming events. Anything beyond that, such as leave, performance or goals, appears only where you have been granted it.

You can now find your team, read the compliance badges and open anyone's profile.
