Paperwork FAQs

Here are some of the most common questions we hear about Paperwork.

What do the paperwork status badges mean?

Draft: The paperwork has been successfully associated with a user, but it has not been assigned to them yet. There are still actions that can be completed before it is deployed to the person, such as approvals. A draft paperwork is only visible to an Account Owner. The person can not see the document at all.

Not sure why a document is still in draft? Click on view against the document, and click the Edit/Assign button at the top right of page to see why.

Assigned: The document has been successfully assigned to a person, and is awaiting an action from the person. Actions include signing, acknowledgement or completion.

Submitted: The document has been actioned by the person, and is now considered complete.

Processed - the processed status allows the admin to confirm that the data entered is acceptable, and not 'dummy' data. This is particularly important if the data being collected is important for compliance, such as a contract - you don't want an unacceptable signature in the signature field.

Archived: The document has been removed from the person profile. It is no longer visible to them, however an admin can find and restore this document in the future.
