Getting Started
Find the Admin and Paperwork section on the left hand menu.
What is the Paperwork page?
Think of this page like a spreadsheet that automatically updates itself.
It contains every item of paperwork that has been drafted, assigned and submitted in Worknice, since your organisation has started using it. Now that’s alot of stuff!
With so much data, you have endless possibilities to query the data in any way you need.
Grouping
You can group the data by the following;
- By due date - groups all paperwork that is expiring by date
- By last updated - Groups all paperwork that was updated last by date
- By owner - Groups all paperwork by person it is assigned to
Filters
You can filter data in the following categories;
- Status
- Paperwork type
- Expiry date
- Due date
- Approvals
Search
Use the search bar to filter out more unique items of data. Typical use cases is searching for a particular paperwork name (eg Driver Licence) or by a particular person name.
Export
You can export the data in the Overview report by clicking the Download button at the bottom of each query.
Bulk Actions
You can bulk update paperwork on this page. Bulk actions include;
- Process submitted paperwork
- Set, remove or update due date
- Set or update the responsible person
- Update the name of Paperwork
