The JobAdder integration connects your recruitment pipeline directly into Worknice — eliminating manual data entry and helping new hires transition smoothly from candidate to employee.
Why integrate JobAdder with Worknice?

Once a candidate is hired in JobAdder, Worknice automatically creates a draft profile and begins onboarding tailored to their position, location, project, or compliance requirements.

Connecting to JobAdder for the First Time
Connecting JobAdder to Worknice takes only a couple of minutes.
Go to Apps > App Directory in the left-hand admin menu.
Browse Direct integrations and select JobAdder.
Click View Details → Create Integration.
Click Connect.
Follow the on-screen prompts to authorise access to your JobAdder account.
Once authorised, click Sync.
Repeat the process if you have multiple JobAdder accounts.
You must have appropriate admin permissions inside JobAdder to authenticate the integration.
Matching Existing Employees in Worknice to JobAdder
Once connected, the integration page displays a list of Remote Records — people found in JobAdder.
To match them to people already in Worknice:
Next to the person in Remote Records, click Connect → Connect to an existing person.
Select the corresponding person in Worknice.
Names do not need to match — you can connect freely.
The connection will show Matched (pending).
Repeat for all relevant people.
Click Sync to activate the data connection.
Status changes to Matched.
Importing Existing JobAdder Candidates into Worknice
🔥 You may have hires in JobAdder who have never been added to Worknice.
To import them:
In Remote Records, click Connect → Create a new person.
Repeat for every candidate you wish to import.
Click Sync to create the new profiles in Worknice.
Automatic Import of New Placements
Whenever a candidate is moved to a Placement in JobAdder:
➡️ Worknice automatically creates them as a Draft person at the next sync (manual or automatic).
This allows your onboarding workflow to begin immediately.
